– You can submit your return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
– After this period, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all parts and accessories, as well as the original box and invoice.
  • Customised or bespoke products, as well as products with special engravings or customisations, are not covered by the return policy.
  • In the event of a product defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • The product to be exchanged must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The exchange request will be accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or an error in fulfilling the order.
  • In the case of an exchange, we may require the return of the original product before sending the replacement.

  2. Review: Your order will be reviewed within : 3 working days and inform you of the next steps.
  3. Reshipment: If approved, you will be provided with return shipping instructions. Please pack the product with all its accessories.
  4. Refund/Alternate Dispatch: After we have received and inspected the product, a refund will be issued by the same payment method or a replacement product will be sent as per your choice.
  • Products that have been customised or modified at the customer’s request.
  • Products that are on sale or under special offers (except for a manufacturing defect).
  • We recommend keeping the original invoice and documenting the condition of the product upon receipt.
